We do have contact with owners of other nearby cottages, so if you are looking to accomodate a large party we may be able to help. Similarly, if our cottage is already booked for your preferred date, it may be possible to find you an alternative cottage.

Cottage Hire - Please enquire soon to secure your preferred date/s, especially for school holiday weeks. Prices for short breaks, or longer stays, outside of the main holiday season are available by contacting us with the dates you require.
Prices are £ per week – from Friday to Friday - and include electicity and the hire of linen and towels.

LINEN HIRE is INCLUDED
- our 2009 and 2010 tariffs include the hire of linen and towels
The cost of hire includes all electricity, heating and cleaning. Duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows and pillow cases are provided (and will be on the beds when you arrive), as will towels for use within the cottage. (If you wish to take your own linen, we will deduct £35 per week from the tariff above.) A travel cot and a highchair are available within the cottage, at no extra cost.
 Please note that the cottage is a non-smoking and pet-free property. |

Periods other than full weeks may be available, subject to other bookings. Please ask about our special out of season short break rates - from only £235 for 3 nights! Especially in the autumn, winter and spring, we can arrange long weekends, mid-week breaks and even longer stays - all subject to availability. |
