DEPOSITS
A deposit of £100 per week per cottage is payable at the time of booking. Please telephone to check availability before booking.

BALANCES
The balance of the monies due must be received 6 weeks before your holiday begins. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your deposit and automatic cancellation of your accommodation with the full cost of your holiday still owing, less any revenue that we may receive from re-letting your accommodation.

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the booked day of arrival and the hire period is valid until 10am on the day of departure. Out of peak season, your cottage may be available earlier than 3pm - please call for confirmation. All bookings must be taken up by 10pm on the booked day of arrival unless prior arrangements are made.

NUMBER IN PARTY
The number of persons, including children, occupying the cottage must not exceed the stated capacity of six (plus any child in a cot). The names of your party must have been previously notified to us.

RESPONSIBILITY
The owners of the cottage and the management of the Pendra Loweth site will not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to persons or property occupying or using any part of the park, however caused.

CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your holiday, your deposit will be forfeited and the whole cost of your holiday is due, but we will do our best to re-sell your accommodation and return any balance paid to us arising from re-letting the accommodation.

VILLAGE FOR FAMILIES
As a family holiday site, the management of the Pendra Loweth site reserves the right to refuse single sex groups and expel anybody from the park who is deemed to be causing a nuisance without refund or explanation.
